This was our first trip to Hokkaido with three generations of our family.We were more than satisfied with the breathtaking view of Mt. Yotei and the wonderful Room, which was spacious and allowed us to enjoy privacy as well.The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay very comfortable.Thank you very much.
hanahachi6 9/1/2026The Facility is modern and spotless, and the staff’s hospitality is outstanding. Everything at breakfast was delicious—I ate so much that I skipped lunch (lol). The “Merimero” dinner was reasonably priced for a Hotel and satisfying, but there were too few appetizers/snacks to choose from, so I’d love to see more options. I wanted to try Tempura Araki, but couldn’t get a Reservation… I wish there had been an announcement in advance. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.
