This hotel is conveniently connected directly to the station, and beyond that, its wide range of services and thoughtful touches are well balanced and just right.

Although it’s part of the Hyatt group, there’s no excessive service, which actually makes it more comfortable.You bring necessary items such as toner and bath towels to your room from in front of the 1st-floor front desk, and I support this effort to reduce unnecessary waste.There is no dedicated parking lot, but there is a coin-operated parking area along the local road on the annex side. When loading and unloading luggage from the car, it was helpful that there was little traffic.The disappointing part is the coffee service. I use it every year when I stay, but there always seems to be some kind of issue—such as the machine not working properly or running out of milk. Overseas guests also seemed confused about how to use it. It might be better to switch to a simpler machine like those at convenience stores. I also feel sorry for the front desk staff having to deal with problems with the machine.
