    A Quiet Accommodation at Yuwaku Onsen

    I had wanted to visit ever since I saw it on a travel TV show. The open-air bath attached to the Room was very spacious, and the Onsen water felt gentle and wonderful. The ayu (sweetfish) I tried for the first time this year was also very fresh, and the dishes made with local vegetables as well as the sake lees and fruit pudding were delicious. The staff member in charge of our Room was pleasant, and while we were having breakfast, they put away the futons and tidied everything up nicely, so we could relax with a cup of coffee. My husband and I are also talking about coming again in winter.

    It was a great Ryokan.

    This was my first stay here. The meals were excellent—quality, portion size, and flavor were all outstanding. I was also very satisfied with everything, including the in-room open-air bath. As it’s known as Kanazawa’s hidden retreat, the area was quiet and relaxing, and I was able to spend a peaceful time; however, there were no towels provided in the bath area, which was a bit inconvenient.

    I had a relaxing and peaceful time.

    The Facility is old, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were all kind, and even my 4-year-old son felt at ease with them. The meals were very delicious, and I would love to stay here again.

    A relatively small a...

    A relatively small and traditional Onsen accommodation, it was the perfect choice for us. The staff's attentiveness was impeccable. Dinner was a feast so abundant that we felt it could have been slightly less in volume. It was our first trip in 40 years with four high school friends, and everyone seemed very satisfied. Next time, I would like to visit with my family. Although I wish the amenities were a bit more comprehensive, that is just a minor detail. Overall, it was a highly satisfying accommodation experience. Thank you very much!

    It was simply wonderful.

    The Onsen was truly wonderful. The Onsen in the room was in a quiet environment, allowing us to take our time and enjoy it, refreshing both body and mind. Additionally, the meals were very delicious, with delicate seasoning that was not overwhelming, and the portions were perfect. Each meal was satisfying, and overall, we had a very pleasant time. The staff were also courteous and provided heartwarming hospitality. If there is another opportunity, I would definitely like to visit again.

    Quiet Stays

    There is always a woman at the front desk, but she seems to be looking down and working, so there is no greeting or voice interaction. The hallway is carpeted, so there is no use of slippers, and the rooms are arranged around the courtyard. Dinner is served in the room, so there is no need to move, which is convenient. Many of the staff are elderly and efficient, but they lack friendliness and do not explain the meal contents. Amenities are available in the room, so there is nothing in the large public bath; at least lotion and emulsion would be appreciated. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were delicious.
