～Our Property's Measures Against COVID-19～ At Yuwaku Onsen Yunoide, a quiet Onsen inn surrounded by nature with only 10 Rooms, we are taking various measures to ensure that our guests can stay with peace of mind. ーーーーーーーーー Disinfection and sterilization within the Property Placement of alcohol spray Methods of serving meals Staff handwashing, health checks, wearing masks and gloves Space sterilization using hypochlorous acid water sprayers ーーーーーーーーー 【For Guests Visiting the Property】 ・To minimize contact with staff, we will greet you at the entrance instead of the parking lot. ・Upon arrival, we kindly ask guests to sanitize their hands with alcohol disinfectant spray. ・We conduct temperature checks using non-contact thermometers for arriving guests. ・If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform the front desk immediately. 【Front Counter】 ・A transparent shield is installed at the check-in counter to prevent droplet transmission. ・A hypochlorous acid water sprayer is installed at the check-in counter for space sterilization. ・Room keys are thoroughly disinfected and sterilized after check-out. ・Payments will be processed in your Room. However, card payments will be handled at the front desk. 【Staff】 ・All employees measure their temperature before coming to work, and those with a fever of 37°C or higher are prohibited from working. ・Front desk and dining staff wear masks while preparing and serving guests. ・Alcohol disinfectant is placed at the staff entrance, and hand sanitization is mandatory upon entering and exiting. 【Public Spaces】 ・We disinfect frequently touched areas in shared spaces (lobby, restrooms, dining area, large communal bath, shop, vending machines, etc.). ・An air deodorizing and sterilizing device is installed in the heartening room where books are available. 【Rooms】 ・Each Room is equipped with a hypochlorous acid water sprayer, which is in operation. ・Cups, teapots, and teacups are replaced with disinfected items. ・Doorknobs are wiped and disinfected. 【Dining Area】 ・Dinner is served in your Room. For groups using more than two Rooms, dinner will be served in the dining area. ・Breakfast is served in the dining area. ・To prevent "crowding" in the dining area, meal start times are staggered to ensure no more than two groups are present at any time. ・Tables are spaced apart to maintain sufficient distance between guests. ・A hypochlorous acid water sprayer is installed. 【Large Communal Bath】 ・To maintain distance between guests in the dressing room, alternate rows of dressing baskets are not in use. ・To prevent contact infection, hairdryers in the communal bath dressing room have been removed. We kindly ask guests to use the hairdryer in their Room. ・To prevent contact infection, we request guests to bring their own cosmetics and brushes. 【Cleaning and Maintenance】 ・Staff wear masks, and used linens are sealed and stored to avoid contact. ・Rooms and baths are ventilated during cleaning to completely refresh the air. ・The Property is cleaned using detergents and bleach containing surfactants.
