  • We stayed here for a birthday trip, and it was a truly soothing and relaxing stay.

    We stayed here to celebrate a birthday.Above all, what impressed us most was the warm hospitality of the staff. Since it was a birthday trip, everyone was very supportive, and every staff member treated us with genuine kindness. We felt comfortable throughout our stay.The meals were also excellent—each dish showed great care and attention to detail, and everything was delicious.What stood out in particular was the rice at breakfast. It was so good that I kept asking for refills, and in the end they brought the whole clay pot to our table. The rice was wonderful, and I couldn’t help but eat more than I planned. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture.The room felt completely private, and since we were quite tired after hiking the day before, we were able to relax deeply and recharge.The only reason I rated the facilities 4 is that having something like a large public bath would have made it even better. That said, the bath in our room was very spacious and could be opened up like a semi-open-air bath, with direct access to the balcony—an excellent design. Overall, we were more than satisfied with our stay.The hospitality of the staff, the food, and the room were all outstanding, and we’re truly glad we chose to spend this special birthday trip here. We would love to visit again.

  • A wonderful Accommodation you’ll want to stay at at least once

    We stayed here as a couple during Silver Week. It had long been highly rated on IKYU, and we’d been very interested, so this was a long-awaited stay. As expected, it lived up to its reputation. The unobstructed view of Mt. Yotei was stunning, and the interior was stylish and refined—like an art museum. With everything taken care of, including complimentary drinks, the service felt truly attentive, and the staff were kind.We were told there were many stink bugs at this time of year, so it was a shame we couldn’t open the windows much, but otherwise we had no complaints. The in-room Onsen bath had a large tub and was luxuriously free-flowing. The water temperature is quite hot, so you need to cool it with water before getting in, but I think it would be perfect in the cold winter.The winter scenery also seems like it would be wonderful, so we’d love to come back in another season. Thank you very much for an amazing time and experience.
