At our accommodation, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff, as well as public hygiene. We have strengthened disinfection and sanitization measures throughout the facility as outlined below.
These measures are implemented based on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's guidelines for COVID-19 prevention in collaboration with health centers and medical institutions since January. They are further enhanced according to the situation.
【Facility & Staff Measures】
1. Staff Mask Usage & Health Management
- Masks and face shields worn to prevent droplet transmission
- Thorough handwashing, gargling, and sanitization
- Daily temperature checks and health reporting (Staff with fever are sent home to rest for two weeks after recovery.)
2. Use of white gloves when handling guest luggage
3. Installation of acrylic boards at front desk counters for droplet prevention
4. Placement of disinfectant throughout the facility
- Disinfectants available at various locations such as front desks and restrooms; guests are encouraged to use them regularly
- In addition to standard alcohol-based disinfectants, highly effective antiviral solutions are also used
5. Enhanced cleaning & disinfection in shared areas
Elevator buttons, shared restroom doorknobs, faucets, furniture items, rental items—frequently touched surfaces—are thoroughly sanitized
6. Strengthened room disinfection & sanitization
- Ozone sterilization during cleaning enhances air hygiene
- Frequently touched areas like doorknobs, remotes, switches/faucets/room keys undergo thorough disinfection
- Air purifiers installed in all rooms across all facilities
- At Tokyo Shiodome/Tokyo Tamachi/Tokyo Kudanshita locations: select rooms feature Panasonic Ziaino air purification systems
7. Temporary suspension or modification of breakfast buffet services
【Requests for Guests】
1. Temperature checks upon check-in using non-contact thermometers or thermal cameras
*The thermal camera at Tokyo Shiodome entrance monitors not only staying guests but also detects fevers among all visitors.*
2. Completion of a health questionnaire during check-in
3. Use of self-check-in/payment machines
To reduce congestion through faster check-ins/check-outs while minimizing close contact with staff
4. Cooperation with gargling/handwashing/sanitizing
Disinfectant is available throughout the facility
5. Monitoring your own health during your stay
If you feel unwell please inform nearby staff immediately; if symptoms such as fever or coughing occur we will guide you toward nearby medical facilities
