Thank you very much for choosing Miwa Yugawara Ryokan. At Miwa Yugawara, we prioritize the health of our guests and staff by implementing measures to prevent and mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We have placed disinfectant in each guest room, handwashing areas within the rooms, and public spaces. Regular disinfection is conducted on frequently touched surfaces in public areas, and alcohol disinfection is applied to doorknobs, faucets, and other surfaces in guest rooms during cleaning. We ensure regular ventilation of guest rooms, public spaces, and offices. When guiding guests during check-in, check-out, and at the restaurant or bar, we maintain social distancing. Our staff wear masks, disinfect their hands, monitor their body temperature, and manage their health thoroughly. Staff with fever or poor health are prohibited from coming to work and are required to stay at home. They also refrain from visiting or participating in high-risk areas or events. Our Ryokan does not have large communal baths; instead, all guest rooms are equipped with private Onsen open-air baths, which are meticulously cleaned. We kindly ask for your cooperation: Upon arrival, please cooperate with alcohol disinfection, temperature checks, and health condition inquiries. Guests with poor health or a fever of 37.5°C or higher will be asked to refrain from entering the premises. If you feel unwell during your stay, please do not hesitate to inform our staff. Disinfectant is available at the front desk, restaurant, and guest rooms. We kindly ask for timely disinfection during your stay. Except during meals, we request your cooperation in wearing masks in public spaces. Additionally, to avoid congestion, we may implement a two-part system for dinner (17:30–, 19:30–) and breakfast (8:00–, 9:00–) during busy times.
