    We stayed as a family of three.This time, we chose this Accommodation for my husband’s birthday trip, and the thoughtful care from all the staff was truly wonderful, making it a trip we will always remember.They prepared a bed for our newborn daughter and showed such attentive consideration during meals as well, so we felt at ease throughout our stay.They also arranged a surprise dessert plate for my husband, and even gave us a heartfelt gift to take home when we left—we were deeply moved. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable birthday for him.In the Room, we enjoyed watching movies at our leisure with the projector—something we don’t often get to experience—and we were also able to spend luxurious time in the open-air bath.We are sincerely grateful that we could spend such an irreplaceable time together as a family of three in such a lovely Room. We would love to visit again in another season. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality.

  • The meat kaiseki was excellent.

    This was my first stay, and I had been really looking forward to the highly rated cuisine at Nikukappo Futago. To be honest, I was a little worried that the dishes might feel too rich for me now, but those concerns were unfounded. The food was truly outstanding—despite beef being used in every dish, it never felt heavy at all. It was an excellent course meal and I was completely satisfied. Breakfast was also delicious.This time we enjoyed the summer course, and I would love to try a course from another season as well. Beyond the food, the service was also very pleasing; although many of the staff are young, everyone was extremely friendly and professional.I have no complaints about the Room or bath facilities, but if I had to mention one thing, I would like a TV in the Room even if it’s small. Other than that, there were no issues at all. I look forward to visiting again for another wonderful meal. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
