“Make Kusatsu time your own.”
Beyond the bustle of Yubatake lies a place of quiet calm Surrender yourself to the milky-white waters of Jizo Hot Spring Source Let time pass gently Enjoy your stay in Kusatsu freely and richly May the moments you spend here become special memories We welcome you with heartfelt hospitality.
This Accommodation in Kusatsu, one of Japan’s premier Onsen destinations, offered such outstanding cuisine that it made us want to visit for the food rather than the Onsen. One beautifully crafted dish after another was served on a lovely white lacquered table. Everything was delicious and a delight for both the eyes and the palate. Breakfast was equally satisfying, and you could really feel the care and effort put into it from early morning.Of course, the Onsen was also excellent, with a location right in front of Jizo Onsen. The three private baths with free-flowing hot spring water were not by Reservation; instead, we checked availability on a tablet and entered when open, which let us enjoy all three without any stress. The Room was spacious, and the staff’s attentive yet unobtrusive service made everything very comfortable. After returning home, I’ve been recommending it to my friends as a must-visit.
h.s. 6/21/2026I wanted to stay at the Accommodation that was featured on a show with Matsuko Deluxe, so I made a Reservation through IKYU. I stayed in the “TAKASAGO” Room with an open-air bath. Just like I saw on YouTube, the property was very clean, and even the welcome cocktail was made with a shaker—such a lovely touch. The Room was spacious and spotless, making it easy to relax. The lighting could be adjusted, but it felt a bit dim for my taste. The meals were outstanding—everything made with seasonal ingredients was simply delicious. I also ordered a tasting set of local craft beer and sake, and because the food was so good, I ended up drinking too much and wasn’t as polite as I should have been when the head chef came to greet us…The Onsen was wonderful as well; both the in-room open-air bath and the private baths AWASE and HIKARI each had their own unique atmosphere. It’s very popular and often fully booked, but next time I visit Kusatsu, I’d definitely like to make another Reservation!
