Our special dinner, the “Premium Gozen,” perfect for welcoming the New Year or marking a seasonal milestone, features an array of luxurious dishes such as boiled snow crab, Japanese domestic beef hoe-yaki (grilled beef), and vibrant tuna “jewelry” rice. In addition, we offer “warm soba noodles” on 12/30 and 12/31, and “ozoni” (traditional New Year soup) from 1/1 to 1/3, bringing you flavors unique to this season.
