If making a Reservation for 2 or more Rooms, please provide the name for each Room. If you have a request for the name on the Receipt (such as a company name), please inform us. (Note) In the case of Online Credit Card Payment, the Hotel cannot issue a Receipt. If a Receipt is required for Online Credit Card Payment, please complete the procedure from your My Page later.

・If you need to change your arrival time after 22:00, please contact us in advance. ・Please park in the No. 1 or No. 2 parking lot inside the Kusatsu Station West Exit rotary, and bring your parking ticket to the front desk. The parking lots are very difficult to find. Please check the location in advance before coming. The Hotel is not directly connected to the parking lots, so please exit the parking lot once and then come to the Hotel. JPY 700 per night per vehicle (in/out allowed) *The underground parking lot is not covered by our contract.
