    We stayed as a family to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday.From the time of our Reservation, you kindly helped us with various requests and arranged a Room that made it as easy as possible for my elderly mother to get around.I called several times with questions, and everything had been properly noted, so the conversations went smoothly.Our stay was very comfortable.There were several staff members in training, and they all assisted us with great care.They also took commemorative photos for us several times.We would definitely like to stay again.Thank you very much.

  • It was a wonderful trip.

    The meals were served buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and the baths were very relaxing. We also enjoyed the footbath, and for the first time we chose a Room with an open-air bath—one night wasn’t enough; it was such a luxurious trip. My husband was delighted, and it became a wonderful wedding anniversary. Thank you very much.

As meals are primarily served in a buffet style, various menus are prepared in the same kitchen using the same cooking utensils, and there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be mixed into the food during processing and cooking.

Additionally, due to the nature of the buffet style, shared use of chopsticks and tongs, as well as washing of dishes in the same place and with the same dishwasher, it is not possible to completely prevent the mixing of allergens.

We kindly ask that guests understand the above and make their own final decision regarding consumption.

Guests with allergies are allowed to bring safe foods (such as allergen-free retort foods) and tableware. If you wish to bring your own items, please inform us at the time of reservation.
