  • It feels like a clean Business Hotel.

    The facilities, bath area, and Room were all clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. There was a great variety of food we enjoyed, along with many kinds of alcohol and drinks—it felt like a luxurious Business Hotel. The staff were very kind, and check-in and payment were smooth. The weather wasn’t great, but it was still a fun golf trip. The misty garden had an almost magical atmosphere and was lovely too.

  • It was even better than I expected.

    This was my first stay, and thanks to the early-booking discount, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. From the moment I arrived at the front desk, the staff’s warm smiles and hospitality were truly relaxing. The Room was very clean, and what surprised me most was that, for this great value, all towels for the large public bath were provided in the bath area—an impressive service. Dinner, which I had been looking forward to, featured seasonal ingredients with delicious seasoning that brought out their natural flavors, and the restaurant staff were very attentive and made it a pleasant experience. I used the free Shuttle Service to Odawara; even between checkout and departure time, they stored my luggage and there was a complimentary café service near the front desk—overall it exceeded my expectations. I would love to stay again with friends or family.

At Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori, we place the highest priority on guest safety. Therefore, we do not prepare special menus for guests with food allergies, nor do we provide allergen labeling.

As meals are primarily served buffet-style, a wide variety of dishes are prepared in the same kitchen using the same cooking equipment. As a result, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be introduced during processing or preparation.

In addition, due to the nature of buffet service—such as shared use of serving chopsticks and tongs—and because tableware is washed in the same area using the same dishwashers, we cannot completely prevent cross-contact with allergens.

We kindly ask for your understanding and request that you make your own final decision regarding consumption.

Notice from the Accommodation

  • Notice of the End of the Reservation System for the Shuttle Bus and Changes to Pickup/Drop-off Locations

    We have been operating a Shuttle Service between Odawara Station (West Exit) and Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori; however, this service will end on September 30, 2026.
    Accordingly, we will no longer accept reservations for the Shuttle Service from Thursday, October 1, 2026 onward.

    From Thursday, October 1, 2026, a new Shuttle Service stop will be set up about a 3-minute walk from Gora Station, and we will operate a Shuttle Service between our Accommodation and Hakone/Gora.
    For details, please check the official Hanaori website.
    Estimated travel time: approx. 20 minutes one way

    * Available to guests staying at Hanaori only.
    * This is not a Reservation-based service; if the bus is full, please take the next departure.
