A Hotel where you can always enjoy a comfortable stay
This was our third visit as a couple.Every time, we’re reminded that this is one of our favorite places in Nasu.The Room is spacious, and the sweeping greenery of the Nasu Highlands right in front of you feels wonderful.We chose the buffet for dinner.There are so many options it’s hard to decide—but everything is truly delicious. Chinese, Japanese, sushi, curry—whatever you choose tastes great.Staff promptly clear finished plates, so you can move on comfortably.The baths are spacious. The sauna and open-air bath are excellent—nothing to complain about. The water temperature is just right. The changing area has slightly older lockers, but it’s very well cleaned.The bakery inside offers high-quality bread. The souvenir shop is well stocked.You can also get massages in three locations, and every therapist is highly skilled.Check-in (there can be a wait at 15:00, but the staff are efficient and pleasant) and parking guidance at the entrance are spot-on (easy to unload luggage smoothly; same on departure).Overall, it’s a Hotel where you can enjoy an incredibly comfortable stay with virtually nothing to fault. It always makes us want to choose this place again next time.

I have stayed at Hotel Epinard Nasu several times.This time, the Superior Room in the Main Tower was truly wonderful.Thank you very much.The Room, renovated in 2017, was very clean and featured a personal chair with a footrest and a large sofa that can also be used as a bed, allowing me to relax comfortably.The bed was exceptionally comfortable.The large open windows and the view from the balcony were also fantastic!The next morning, I took a quick shower before check-out and felt refreshed.Even without a bathtub, there was a chair in the shower area, which I really appreciated because it allowed me to sit while using it despite having some difficulty with my legs.Even on August 31, the outside temperature at night was 21°C and the Room was 22°C, so the air conditioning felt quite cold.I couldn’t adjust the temperature from inside the Room—only the fan speed—so I would appreciate it if the unit’s temperature setting could be better matched to the weather.Both dinner and breakfast buffets had an exciting variety of options.Among everything this time, I found the ankake yakisoba and seafood fried rice outstandingly delicious.I was also very happy that sparkling water was available.I look forward to staying again.
