  • Direct underground access from Kyoto Station is very convenient.

    Being able to get around underground without being affected by the weather is very convenient. The Room is simple, and the amenities are well stocked. The bathtub was spacious and relaxing. I would like to stay here again when staying near Kyoto Station. When I returned after check-out because I had forgotten something, you responded quickly, which was a great help. Thank you very much.

  • I usually avoid Satu...

    I usually avoid Saturdays because accommodation rates are high, but this time I chose a discounted Plan since check-in hours were limited due to an electrical equipment inspection. Thanks to this Plan, I was able to add a weekend stay at short notice, and I really appreciate it. The Room and Facility were excellent—no complaints at all. I had stayed here before it was branded “Premier,” so I wasn’t worried. I hope there will be another opportunity like this.

    ■ Closure period due to renovation work
    Friday, December 18, 2026 – Mid-March 2027 (scheduled)

    Due to electrical equipment work, a scheduled power outage will take place throughout the entire Hotel on the date and time below.
    During the outage, the power supply within the Hotel will be suspended, and guest rooms and various in-house facilities will not be available.
    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

    ■ Scheduled Power Outage Date & Time
    Saturday, January 30, 2027, 9:00–17:00
    * This applies to guests staying on Saturday, January 30, 2027, as well as guests departing or arriving on that day.
    * Early check-in and late check-out cannot be accommodated on January 30 due to the outage work.
    * Check-out is available until 9:00; check-in will begin from 17:00.
    * Accordingly, we plan to sell Plans with check-out by 9:00 for stays on January 29, 2027, and Plans with check-in from/after 17:00 for stays on January 30, 2027.
    * The outage time may vary depending on work progress.
    * The implementation time may be changed depending on the details of the work.

    ■ Outage Scope & Details
    - All in-room equipment including electrical facilities, telephone service, and water supply will be unavailable.
    (Lights, air conditioning, internet access, TV, power outlets/charging ports; toilet; washbasin; shower; etc.)
    Elevators (lifts), lighting throughout the building (entire Hotel), and automatic doors will also stop operating.
