Requests Upon Check-in and Arrival If you are feeling unwell before departure (e.g., fever of 37.5°C or higher, fatigue, loss of taste, etc.), please be sure to contact us in advance. Regarding the use of the parking lot (parking your car), we kindly ask guests to handle it themselves. If there is a crowd at check-in, we may ask you to wait in your car. Upon entering the facility, we request temperature checks and hand sanitization. Front desk staff will wear masks and maintain an appropriate distance while assisting with check-in. In addition to filling out the check-in card, we kindly ask for your cooperation in completing a health check sheet. We have suspended the tea service upon arrival. Guidance Our staff will guide you to your Room while maintaining an appropriate distance and providing explanations about the facility. In the Room, we will provide only a brief explanation before leaving. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, please contact us via the in-room phone. While you are dining in your private dining area, we may enter your Room to prepare the bedding. We will minimize the time spent in your Room and refrain from replacing used teacups or glasses. Staff will sanitize their hands before entering your Room. Hygiene Management Alcohol sanitizers are placed at key locations throughout the facility. Staff are required to sanitize their hands frequently, wear masks, and undergo temperature checks before reporting to work. During cleaning, we ensure proper ventilation and sanitize surfaces such as toilets, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, safes, refrigerators, and telephones with alcohol. The faucets and showerheads in the bathrooms of guest Rooms are also sanitized with alcohol. Dining All dining areas are prepared as private rooms. Serving staff will wear masks and maintain an appropriate distance while serving meals. To minimize contact, we will provide explanations of the dishes through a written menu and refrain from verbal explanations as much as possible. We sanitize doorknobs, floors, tables, and cushions in the dining area with alcohol before welcoming guests. Public Bath and Family Bath Indoor baths are regularly ventilated and sanitized. Please bring towels from your Room, as towels are not provided in the public bath or family bath areas. We kindly ask for your consideration in avoiding peak hours (8:00 PM to 9:00 PM) by using the family bath or adjusting your bath time. Requests Upon Check-out To avoid congestion at the front desk during check-out, we kindly ask you to settle your bill before or after your meal, so that check-out involves only returning your Room key.
