Our Measures Against COVID-19 Thank you for your continued support. To prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff, and to ensure a safe stay, we have implemented the following measures. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. [Measures in Public Spaces] - Enhanced Regular Disinfection We regularly disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, door handles, restroom doors, etc., with alcohol-based sanitizers. Disinfectant sprays are available upon request. - Mask-Wearing During Customer Interaction For the health and safety of our guests as well as public hygiene considerations, our staff wear masks during customer interactions. - Tea Service in Rooms Suspended While cups and teacups are provided in each Room, paper cups are also available for use. Only meal time arrangements will be discussed with guests directly. [Measures for Employees] 1. Mask-Wearing During Commute Masks are distributed to all employees who are encouraged to wear them during commutes. 2. Health Checks at Work Entry Employees undergo temperature checks and hand disinfection upon arrival at work. Those with a fever above 37.5°C or feeling unwell must stay home until two days after full recovery. 3. Increased Alcohol Sanitizer Stations in Back Areas Additional alcohol sanitizers have been installed in back-office areas to ensure hand disinfection after entering offices or using restrooms. 4. Management System for Unwell Employees A system has been established to manage employee health conditions and set guidelines for actions when feeling unwell. 5. Restriction on Non-Essential Outings & Gatherings Employees are prohibited from non-essential business trips or overseas travel and advised against attending large gatherings or workplace group meals/events involving many people.
