A hidden retreat nestled amidst Mount Yotei and pristine forests, featuring 15 guest rooms with open-air baths.

Zaborin, a hidden retreat nestled quietly in the untouched natural beauty of Niseko, Hokkaido. A fusion of traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern sensibilities creates a sophisticated and elegant space with a refined yet unpretentious charm. In each of the 15 independent guest rooms, you can fully enjoy the luxury of private indoor and open-air hot spring baths fed by natural sources. This secluded Ryokan, designed with environmental consciousness and harmonized with the surrounding nature, offers an escape from the burdens of daily life. The rustling leaves in the wind, the soothing sound of water, the scent of the trees, and the serene silence of snow. Immerse yourself in the unspoiled nature and find peace in becoming one with the earth. That is Zaborin.

  • It was a wonderful Room with a stunning view of rolling hills and distant mountains. The meals were beautifully presented, highly original Japanese cuisine, and the distinctive tableware—together with the interior—created a strong sense of cohesive style. The service was also pleasant, and their dedication really came through.Thank you for allowing us to spend such a relaxing, peaceful time.

  • I was extremely satisfied with everything—the entire Facility, the staff, the cuisine, the quality of the Onsen, the calm atmosphere throughout the property, and the view from my Room. I believe this is one of Japan’s finest Ryokan. I traveled round-trip from Haneda Airport just to stay at Zaborin from Tokyo, and it was absolutely worth it. Thank you for your hospitality. I will visit again.
