A wide variety of experiences to enrich your trip.

SoratonIwa Atami Izusan stands where the natural beauty of Sagami Bay meets Izusan. In the main building, unwind in a soothing space shaped by Onsen and a scenic footbath café; in the annex, enjoy uninterrupted luxury in a 150 m² private sauna villa. From a welcome afternoon tea savored as you soak your feet to a finishing parfait that elegantly rounds off your stay, everything is included with our all-inclusive offering. Step away from everyday life and spend a refined moment that lets your mind truly relax.

  • We stayed with five family members, including our grandmother, and one Shiba Inu. Unfortunately, it rained and we couldn’t enjoy a nighttime campfire, but it was still a truly wonderful stay! The annex was a bit inconvenient at times—going back and forth to the main building for the bath and for welcome drinks—but the luxurious sauna time in the annex and the meals we enjoyed together more than made up for it with such thoughtful hospitality. Since our Shiba Inu isn’t really the type to socialize with other dogs, having everything self-contained in a private standalone unit was perfect for both our family and our dog. All of the Hotel staff were also incredibly kind. We had some issues—couldn’t watch TV and couldn’t cook rice—but they worked hard to help us. It’s a Hotel we would definitely love to visit again!

  • Thank you again for your hospitality. There is one thing I still don’t quite understand: although I showed my Relo Hotels & Resorts membership card during my previous stay, why was I not able to check out early? This time it was fine, but still… That said, we had a wonderful time again. The Room was spacious and had a sauna and even a projector, so we were able to relax and refresh fully. I believe this is a renovated Accommodation, but the lobby, Room, and dining area were all clean and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the all-inclusive service—being able to enjoy complimentary alcohol from check-in is great. I did panic when water surged up to cover half of the terrace after draining the open-air bath (perhaps it was clogged), but your staff cleaned it up quickly and everything was fine. Thank you very much. The meals were also delicious both at breakfast and dinner. If I may make one suggestion, the menu was the same as last time, so I think changing it slightly by season would make repeat visits even more appealing. I’m sure we’ll be back again, so thank you in advance for your continued support. One more thing: it was disappointing that there wasn’t draft beer available with the alcohol in the lobby. I would love to see a beer server installed—many people are “beer first,” aren’t they?
