1. Private Onsen
Our mineral-rich Onsen, sourced from the foothills of Mt. Niseko Annupuri, can be enjoyed not only in the public bath but also in a private Onsen.
Enjoy a relaxing soak together as a family, without worrying about others.
We also offer rentals such as bath chairs, baby baths, bouncers, and diaper bins.
2. Baby item rentals
For guests traveling with children, we provide a kids’ amenity set at check-in.
Children’s-size samue loungewear is also available.
We also offer various baby items for rental.
As quantities are limited, please consult us at the time of Reservation.
(Baby cots, bed guards, high chairs, children’s tableware, diaper bins, etc.)
3. Allergy-friendly restaurant
On the 1st floor at “An Dining,” we serve a variety of dishes featuring seasonal Hokkaido ingredients.
We use gentle ingredients and can accommodate allergies (advance confirmation required).
Takeout boxes are also available at breakfast.
Please let our staff know if you would like to take your meal back to your Room.
4. Kitchen & laundry included (all Room types except Hotel Rooms)
Each Room is equipped with a private washer and dryer,
so you can wash your child’s clothes whenever needed.
A private kitchen is also provided—prepare warm water for formula, store baby food in the refrigerator, and heat meals in the microwave comfortably in your Room.
5. Thorough cleaning
All indoor areas are non-smoking. We continuously ventilate and deodorize guest rooms to ensure there are no unpleasant odors.
Our housekeeping team receives consistently high ratings from guest feedback for cleanliness throughout the property and guest rooms.
