    Traveling with my two lively daughters, I’m sure we caused some inconvenience at times, but this was such a wonderful Accommodation that we’re certain to return.Above all, the staff were outstanding!!From the warm welcome, everything—breakfast, the private Onsen, Suiran Delight, and the rickshaw Shuttle Service—became a wonderful memory.Our 10-year-old eldest daughter was truly moved and said she’ll definitely work hard so we can stay here every year (lol).We will be back again.Thank you very much.

    We stayed on the Suite Assigned Plan.Although some time had passed since our last visit, the staff remembered our previous requests, which showed truly wonderful hospitality.From 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, the Arashiyama Delight is held for all guests. You can enjoy a free-flow of champagne while taking in views of the Hozu River, Arashiyama, and the Japanese garden—this was exceptional.The Presidential Corner Suite is a fantastic Room with panoramic views of the Hozu River, Arashiyama, and the Japanese garden, and the private open-air Onsen-style bath was also outstanding. We’re grateful for this rare opportunity to stay in this Room through IKYU.We would love to return again. Thank you very much!

    We would like to inform you that the closure dates for 2027 due to our annual legally mandated equipment inspection have been set as follows.
    To ensure a safer and more comfortable stay, we will conduct Facility inspections as well as inspections of electrical equipment and other systems as required by law.

    To preserve the character of our historic restaurants “Kyo Suiran” and “Saryo Hassui” for the future and to provide an even more comfortable and relaxing space, we will be carrying out renovation work.
    The Hotel will remain open as usual during the renovation period; however, the operations of certain Facility areas will be adjusted as follows.

    - During this period, menu items from “Saryo Hassui” will not be available.
