Cuisine

Enjoy beautiful dishes incorporating seasonal flowers, fresh vegetables, and fish. Each morning, the host gathers rich flavors from the mountains and fields. Natural ingredients such as wild herbs, mushrooms, river fish, wild birds, boar, deer, and bear are available. From the pre-meal 'Akebi tea' to the post-meal 'light tea,' you can savor the charm of Miyamasou.
Room

The Sukiya-style building still retains traces of its past as a temple lodging. The detached room facing the clear stream is equipped with a moon-viewing platform, featuring woven ceilings and Yoshino windows, offering a rustic and charming ambiance. In Hanase, Kyoto, away from the mundane world, immerse yourself in the beauty of flowers, birds, wind, and the moon... Forget the time and enjoy the tranquility.
