Pristine, clear air overlooking the Hidaka Mountain Range. The sound of Pacific Ocean waves with an unobstructed horizon. Horses grazing leisurely and deer coming to visit... Such irreplaceable nature awaits you.
Here in Hidaka, we are blessed with the bounty of land and sea, including Hidaka kelp recognized by chefs worldwide, cattle and deer raised on the land under the cape's breeze, and organic vegetables carefully cultivated by our staff. Please enjoy the gentle dishes crafted by our chef using these treasures of Hidaka.
A bedroom where you can feel close to the mountain forest. The distant sound of a stream in the quietness makes your sleep comfortable, and upon waking, the gentle birch trees and greenery soothe and heal you. Experience Hygia, gently embraced by the nature of Hidaka.
