This Plan is chosen by those who prioritize securing a Room first, regardless of dinner or breakfast. Of course, we can add dinner or breakfast even on the same day! Additionally, for a limited time only, we are offering a free 45-minute private open-air bath campaign. Check-in → 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM Check-out → 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM ※ We have a free parking lot with a capacity of 65 vehicles. ※ Breakfast can be added on the same day for 3,500 yen per person. ※ Late check-out for 1 hour is available for 3,000 yen per Room. ※ Please contact us by phone if your check-in will be later than 6:00 PM. ※ Advance Reservation for the private open-air bath is not accepted. We will ask for your preferred time upon check-in on the day. Please note that depending on the situation on the day, we may not be able to secure your preferred time. Refunds cannot be provided even if you do not use (or cannot use) the private open-air bath.

The newest Room. From the Room, you can enjoy views of the lawn and Hanareyama, offering a quintessential Karuizawa experience. There are a total of 15 Rooms, each with unique interior designs. Room Features: ○ A bedroom of approximately 12 tatami mats, with a separate bath and toilet. ○ All Rooms are equipped with Simmons beds. ○ Each Room includes an empty refrigerator, a kettle, mineral water (500ml per person), and L'Occitane amenities. ○ All Rooms are non-smoking. For those who wish to smoke, please use the main building lounge or outdoor areas. Additionally, deodorizing spray is provided in each Room. ○ All Rooms are located in the new building and come in five types: , , , , and . While we cannot guarantee specific Room types, please indicate your preferences in the "Requests to the Property" section.

    The guest room is exactly as shown in the photos.

    Used for a one-night, two-day short trip. The Hotel looks a bit dated, but once the nighttime illumination started, it was as beautiful as in the photos. When I stopped by before check-in to leave my luggage, the front desk staff’s response felt surprisingly cold for a Hotel. However, I only interacted with staff then and at check-in, and this didn’t seem like the kind of Hotel where you come expecting that sort of service, so I decided not to dwell on it. The Room was exactly as pictured—spacious and with a terrace—so I was very satisfied. I did notice some hair in the washroom, but other than that I have no complaints.
