In the year of the Shikinen Sengu, “Iyashi no Yuyado” Inishie no Yado Ikyu was born in the heart of Ise Jingu’s sacred surroundings. About a 15-minute walk to Naiku. Because of this special location, you can experience a side of Ise found nowhere else—early-morning visits in serene silence and evening worship at dusk, offering an “Oise Mairi” beyond daytime sightseeing. There is also an Ise you can only encounter by staying overnight.

  • It was a wonderful trip.

    The Room was a little small, but it was comfortable with no issues. The meals were extremely satisfying and very delicious. I enjoyed them so much that I regret not having room left for the late-night soba. I also enjoyed the ice cream and fruit milk after the bath.　I was able to visit Naiku early in the morning and spend a solemn, peaceful time. Since the forecast said it would be cloudy, I headed out early without an umbrella, but a staff member from the Accommodation I met along the way kindly lent me one, saying the rain might get heavier—and that turned out to be absolutely right. Thank you very much.　It was truly a fun and relaxing trip. When I visit Ise Jingu again, I would love to stay here again.
