"Shinsui" is an original sake crafted with dedication by our owner, a sake enthusiast. It is commissioned from Sasaki Sake Brewery, the family of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki. With its refreshing taste and easy drinkability, it has garnered many repeat customers. Enjoy it well-chilled.
This is our original specialty, carefully cooked using fresh sardines without any additives, only soy sauce and vinegar. It has been featured in the monthly magazine 'BRUTUS'. Enjoy it with warm rice and lukewarm tea, or cold rice with hot tea. This is a product we are confident in, having gained dedicated fans who travel from afar to purchase it.
Maiko Yume Hyakka
Although the threshold has been lowered, Kyoto's flower district remains mysterious. I want to meet a real maiko at least once! I want to experience the games held at the teahouse!
We offer a Plan to luxuriously enjoy Kyoto's authentic Kaiseki cuisine, prepared with carefully selected seasonal ingredients, meticulously crafted broth, and utmost care. Enjoy the harmony of dishes and tableware.
