  • The Host’s Favorite

    We made a Reservation at this Hotel because my husband had stayed here before and really loved the Onsen. It was our first time back in Arima Onsen in a while, and since it was also his first time trying the meals—and the restaurant had just been renovated—we decided to book. We were also able to reserve a Room where we could enjoy a Silver Onsen bath.The renovated restaurant was beautiful, and dinner was an Italian buffet, with Japanese dishes available as well, so we enjoyed a great variety. Breakfast was also a buffet in the same restaurant, but with different items from dinner, and we ate plenty of delicious food. Both dinner and breakfast offered paper cups for takeout, which made us happy since the Room only had sencha tea bags.The Onsen was very relaxing, and I could see why my husband likes it so much. The Silver Onsen bath in our Room was a view-bath style that you fill yourself, and it was wonderful to soak at our own pace. The view from the lobby was lovely too—it was a stay where we could unwind and enjoy great meals. Thank you very much.

  • Staying with Pets

    We stayed here with our dog on this trip.Dinner was a kaiseki meal, and breakfast was a buffet, and everything was absolutely delicious!The Onsen was also very relaxing.The Room where pets are allowed was very spacious, and both we and our dog were able to unwind comfortably.Thank you very much.However, when moving from the pet-friendly building to the annex, we were a little disappointed by the plain, fire-door-like door. Each time we went to the large public bath or the restaurant, it made us feel as if we were being separated, which made us sad.
