Introduction of the Plan
This is a special accommodation plan available only when there are last-minute vacancies. Enjoy our facility with sophisticated spatial design and seasonal Japanese cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients. Indulge in luxurious moments while feeling the "ocean" up close, from approximately 80 meters above sea level. *Please note that this plan is only available when there are last-minute vacancies. It may not always be offered for reservation, so we appreciate your understanding. 【Information】 3rd Floor: - Water Balcony (Dinner limited to one group per day; advance reservation required) - LUXURY SUITE ROOM / Western-style × 2 rooms (90 sqm each) Both rooms feature private onsen open-air baths on the terrace (swimsuit required) and ocean-view indoor bathrooms 2nd Floor: - Dining Room - JAPANESE ROOM / Japanese-style, WESTERN ROOM / Western-style (50 sqm each) Indoor bathrooms included 1st Floor: - Onsen Bathhouse / Complimentary private use for 50 minutes per group; same-day reservation required - Grand Hall 【Additional Information】 *During the "Atami Sea Fireworks Festival," held several times a year, dinner will be served in-room for guests staying in "Kazeka" or at the Water Balcony for guests staying in "Seiba." *Please note that our accommodation accepts guests aged 10 years and older only. Thank you for your understanding.

The room, transformed into a serene wooden-themed space, offers a panoramic view of Sagami Bay through a wall-sized window, changing its appearance with time, and allows you to enjoy the fantastically illuminated night garden. It was excellent.
I ended up staying overnight in Atami at short notice, and since I planned to relax in my Room rather than sightsee, I chose this place mainly for the meals. My first stay at Kaihoro was truly wonderful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the presentation and tableware were beautiful. This is an Accommodation I highly recommend everyone visit at least once. Next time, I’d like to come during a cooler season and do some sightseeing in Atami as well.

Dinner on the Water Balcony (3rd floor) is exclusively for the Luxury Suite Room. As it is limited to one group per day, please make a Reservation in advance. Additionally, in the Luxury Suite, meals can also be served in your Room.
