Notice of Renovation Work for Guestrooms on the 6th Floor of Kashotei

To provide an even more comfortable and pleasant stay, we will be carrying out renovation work on guest rooms on the 6th floor of Kashotei.
During the renovation period, there may be some inconvenience. We will take every precaution to ensure safety and proceed with the work while minimizing any impact on your stay as much as possible.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
■ Renovation Overview
- Period: Tuesday, September 15, 2026 – late December 2026 (tentative)
- Rooms affected: Kashotei 6th-floor guest rooms (Umegae 6 / Umegae 7)
- Working hours: Around 9:00–around 17:00 (tentative)
- Work involving loud noise or vibration: Mainly around 10:00–around 15:00
*Please note that the period and working hours may change depending on construction progress.
■ Important Information & Requests Regarding Your Stay
- During the renovation period, contractors and workers may enter/exit Kashotei, and materials may be brought in/out.
- To minimize impact on guests, work involving loud noise or vibration is planned mainly between around 10:00 and around 15:00 (between check-out and check-in).
For guests staying a Multiple Night Stay, construction noise or vibrations may be noticeable during your stay. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
- Outside of the above hours, we will refrain from noisy work as much as possible; however, depending on the nature of the work, some noise or vibration may still occur.
- During the renovation period, we will not be able to accommodate requests for late check-out at Kashotei.
