[Notice] Major Renovation Work (September–December)
We will be carrying out partial exterior wall renovation work at our property during the period below.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
■ Construction Period
・Scheduled: Tuesday, September 1 – Friday, December 25
■ Areas Affected
・Exterior wall repairs on the north and east sides of the Main Building, and exterior wall and roof repairs on the Front/Reception Building are scheduled.
* This includes some guest rooms and the men’s large public Onsen bath.
* During the construction period, the men’s and women’s large public baths will be swapped.
* From the men’s large public bath, some scaffolding may be visible; however, we will make every effort to minimize any obstruction of the view.
* The area around the bathtubs in the women’s large public bath is not included in this construction zone, so you can enjoy the view as usual.
■ Working Hours
・8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
* Noisy work that may cause vibration to the building structure, as well as work involving odors, will be carried out from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
* Work is generally suspended on Sundays and public holidays; however, depending on weather or scheduling needs, work may take place. (In such cases, noisy work will not be performed.)
Please also note in advance that during the exterior renovation period:
[1] Scaffolding will be installed along exterior walls in affected areas; therefore, views from windows will not be available.
[2] Vibrations and construction noise may occur due to ongoing work.
[3] Odors may occur when paint is used.
[4] Within other areas of our grounds as well, there may be visible construction-related items such as a “waste material storage area” or protective coverings that guests can see.
[5] In affected guest rooms, windows cannot be opened and balconies cannot be used.
[6] During working hours, workers will move through designated areas to carry out construction. However, workers will not pass through the men’s large public bath during its operating hours.
■ Reduced Views During Construction
Exterior wall repairs on both (the) north and east sides of the Main Building as well as exterior wall and roof repairs on (the) Front/Reception Building will be carried out.
For guest rooms within affected sections, views may be limited due to scaffolding.
In addition, balcony areas will be covered for protection; please note that windows cannot be opened during this time.
