[Notice] Major Renovation Work (September–December)
We will be carrying out partial exterior wall renovation work at our property during the period below.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
■ Construction Period
- Scheduled: Tuesday, September 1 to Friday, December 25
■ Areas Affected
- Exterior wall repairs on the north and east sides of the Main Building, and exterior wall and roof repairs on the Front Building
* This includes some guest rooms and the men’s large public Onsen bath
* During the construction period, the men’s and women’s large public baths will be switched
* From the men’s large public bath, some scaffolding may be visible; however, we will make every effort not to obstruct the view as much as possible
* The area around the bathtub in the women’s large public bath is not included in this construction zone, so you can enjoy the view as usual
■ Working Hours
- 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
* Noisy work that may cause vibration to the building structure or work involving odors will be carried out from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
* Work is generally suspended on Sundays and public holidays; however, depending on weather or scheduling needs, work may take place (in such cases, noisy work will be suspended)
Please note in advance that during the exterior wall construction period:
[1] Scaffolding will be installed along exterior walls in affected areas, so views from windows may not be available.
[2] Vibrations and construction noise may occur.
[3] Odors may occur when paint is used.
[4] Within other areas of the premises as well (e.g., waste material storage areas or protective coverings), there may be locations visible to guests that appear untidy due to construction.
[5] In affected guest rooms, windows cannot be opened and balconies cannot be used.
[6] During working hours, workers will move through designated areas while performing construction. However, workers will not pass through or work in/around the men’s large public bath during its operating hours.
■ Reduced Visibility of Views During Construction
We will conduct exterior wall repairs on both north and east sides of Main Building as well as exterior wall and roof repairs on Front Building.
For guest rooms within affected zones, scaffolding may make views difficult to see.
In addition, balcony areas will be covered for protection; please understand that windows cannot be opened.
