The Kitayama Kibune area, revered as a water deity since ancient times, serves as Kyoto's water source. Torii Ugenta has long served as the Moriya family of Kibune Shrine. In the first year of Kansei, Ugenta, Sagenta, and Kogenta inscribed their names here, living in harmony with Kibune's abundant nature and water, and striving in their endeavors. Enjoy the famous riverbed cuisine at your leisure amidst the pleasant breeze and gentle greenery, listening to the clear sounds of Kibune River, the source of the Kamo River.
