    For the first time in my life, I spent a night on a ferry, and since this place was right after getting off, I stayed here.The Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It made for a wonderful start to my time in Hokkaido.

    First visit with my mother to celebrate her 77th birthday. The lounge provided wonderful service, and my mother was delighted by the surprise. Thank you so much for the pleasant support from the prior arrangements. The underground parking is very convenient, allowing free in-and-out access without getting wet even on rainy days. Breakfast was smooth without any waiting, and we enjoyed a pleasant morning overlooking the marina while savoring delicious local dishes. Guests receive a 10% discount at the shop—looking forward to another opportunity to stay!

On the top floor, we also offer ocean view suites ranging from 64 to 128 square meters. The open second-floor area with a panoramic view of the sea features five unique dining facilities, offering a diverse menu that will satisfy not only our staying guests but also local customers from Hokkaido and Otaru. Additionally, on the 5th and 6th floors, we provide 10 banquet and conference rooms, including the largest venue in Otaru City. The hotel is directly connected to "Wing Bay Otaru," the largest commercial facility in Hokkaido, where you can enjoy various amusements such as a cinema, a large bookstore, and a shopping mall, regardless of the weather.     We would like to inform you that starting from accommodations on or after Wednesday, April 1, 2026, an Accommodation Tax will be introduced in Hokkaido and Otaru City.

    ■ Accommodation Tax (per person per night / taxed according to the following accommodation fees)

    Less than ¥20,000: ¥300 (Hokkaido ¥100 / Otaru City ¥200)
    ¥20,000 - less than ¥50,000: ¥400 (Hokkaido ¥200 / Otaru City ¥200)

    * The "Accommodation Fee" subject to taxation includes the Service Fee but excludes meal charges and consumption tax.
