"Tsuki no Usagi: A Secluded Inn with Spectacular Views"
Shizuoka Prefecture/ItoSavor Izu’s finest cuisine and unwind in a private detached villa with an open-air Onsen bath and breathtaking views.
A luxurious, secluded Accommodation of just 8 detached villas, each featuring a scenic Onsen open-air bath. Designed with privacy in mind, these traditional-style villas face Izu Oshima and offer an exceptional location with endless ocean views. Every villa opens onto a green garden facing the sea and includes a spacious open-air Onsen bath with breathtaking views—an exquisite private retreat. Dinner is served at an atmospheric dining venue overlooking a bamboo grove, featuring creative cuisine made with carefully selected local and seasonal ingredients. Enjoy Izu’s four signature delicacies—spiny lobster, abalone, splendid alfonsino (kinmedai), and Shizuoka-brand Fujiyama Wagyu—along with fresh local seafood and seasonal vegetables.
All Rooms are private and completely soundproof, and the location felt truly luxurious, with nothing but ocean as far as the eye could see from the open-air bath in the garden. Although it was cloudy, we could see a starry sky at night when we turned off the lights, and it was wonderful to relax in the bath while enjoying a pleasant breeze. The meals were especially delicious—particularly the dishes featuring dashi broth. We would love to visit again.
ゆのなさん 7/13/2026We stayed here to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was such a wonderful Accommodation that the moment we stepped into the room, we thought, “We definitely want to stay again.”The food was delicious, and we ended up eating more than we should. It didn’t affect our stay at all, but one thing we noticed was that the dish for the breakfast dessert had a small chip.Since there were no fragments or anything like that, we ate it without concern. From welcome to farewell, all of the staff were professional, and we had a very pleasant stay.Thank you.

Introduction of the Accommodation

A private-villa Accommodation with open-air Onsen baths and breathtaking views, featured on numerous TV programs and visited by celebrities. Set on a vast 3,000-tsubo property, it offers an exceptional retreat with only eight villas: two spacious single-story villas and six two-story villas that feel like private homes. Enjoy a truly special stay in an atmosphere of timeless elegance.

Newly installed microbubble bath and high-concentration carbonated spring bath.
In 2023, to make your stay even more satisfying, we introduced microbubble baths with beauty and massage benefits and high-concentration carbonated baths in select guest rooms. Enjoy the added synergy with our Onsen and spectacular views.

The microbubble baths, newly installed in June 2023, are available in two single-story rooms: “Ryo-ya” and “Tsuki no Fune.” The high-concentration carbonated spring bath is available in the second-floor Japanese-style room “Toka-yo.” You can choose your preferred room when making a Reservation.
Spiny lobster, abalone, golden eye snapper, and Shizuoka’s Fujiyama Wagyu beef. Using an abundance of Izu’s finest ingredients, our seasonal cuisine delights both the eyes and the palate—praised for the natural flavor of each ingredient, elegant presentation, and thoughtfully crafted touches.

We have newly created “Kurage no Kagami (Jellyfish Mirror),” a photo spot where you can capture infinity-style shots with the vast Izu ocean and Oshima Island as your backdrop. Please stop by when strolling along the on-site “Bamboo Path.”
