To ensure you can stay with even greater confidence, we have developed and will implement a wide-ranging, original hygiene and disinfection program. With the goal of providing a safe environment for both guests and staff, we will devote even more time and effort than ever before to hygiene management and disinfection procedures. [1] “Facility Hygiene Management” (in no particular order) - Installation of alcohol disinfectant pumps (all guest rooms; all public spaces) - Disinfection using ozone sterilizers late at night and at check-out (all public spaces; kitchen) - Installation of humidifiers filled with hypochlorous acid water (all public spaces; operated late at night) - Disinfection using sprayers (after cleaning is completed in all guest rooms; all public spaces) - Alcohol disinfection of high-touch areas with elevated risk of contact transmission - 5-step disinfection cleaning process for guest rooms using alcohol and hypochlorous acid water: (1) Cleaning (2) Alcohol sanitizing (3) High-temperature washing of in-room glassware, etc., followed by disinfection with hypochlorous acid water before placement (4) Disinfection with hypochlorous acid water using a sprayer (5) “Disinfected” seal applied - Cleaning of all public spaces such as dining areas - Frequent ventilation throughout the entire Facility - Alcohol disinfection inside Shuttle Service vehicles - Thorough food safety control and Facility hygiene management in the kitchen [2] “Prevention of Person-to-Person Transmission” (in no particular order) - Daily temperature checks, health condition checks, and recordkeeping for staff - Thorough gargling, handwashing, and alcohol disinfection upon arrival at work and during shifts - Monthly stool testing; norovirus testing (November–March) - Influenza vaccinations - Wearing gloves during cleaning duties - Course-style meals served in private dining rooms - All staff wear masks at all times - Health condition confirmation for guests at check-in - Requesting guests to wear masks when moving around inside the building - If a guest becomes unwell, we will request cooperation with isolation measures and follow guidance from the local health authorities. - Requesting guests to disinfect their hands with alcohol before boarding Shuttle Service vehicles -- Requesting all guests to disinfect their hands with alcohol when boarding and to wear masks while riding -- Requesting all suppliers/vendors to wear masks and gloves [3] “Hygiene Management Training” (in no particular order) -- Handwashing training sessions -- Strict adherence to hygiene management manuals for kitchen staff and service personnel -- Adding understanding level and implementation level of hygiene management as evaluation criteria for employees
