Our facility has always prioritized the safety and peace of mind of our guests. We have implemented hygiene measures, including COVID-19 prevention protocols. To ensure an even safer stay for our guests, we are introducing and implementing a comprehensive hygiene and disinfection program. We aim to create an environment where both guests and staff can feel secure by dedicating more time and effort to hygiene management and disinfection procedures than ever before. 【1】"Facility Hygiene Management" (in no particular order) - Installation of alcohol disinfectant pumps (all guest rooms, all public spaces) - Ozone sterilization during late-night hours or after check-out (all public spaces, kitchen) - Placement of humidifiers with hypochlorous acid water (all public spaces, operating overnight) - Disinfection using sprayers after cleaning each guest room and in all public spaces - Alcohol disinfection for high-contact areas - Five-step room disinfection cleaning process using alcohol and hypochlorous acid water: 1. Cleaning 2. Alcohol sanitization 3. High-temperature washing & hypochlorous acid water sanitization for in-room glassware before placement 4. Hypochlorous acid water spraying with a sprayer 5.
