【Nearby Cherry Blossom Viewing Information】
■ Nawaishiro Sakura ■
Designated as a "Natural Monument" of Gifu Prefecture, the Nawaishiro Sakura, also known as "Koyomi Sakura," stands on a small hill across the Yamato Bridge in the Wasa district of Gero City.
These two giant trees are said to be 400 years old.
The beautiful cherry blossoms captivate many visitors.

● Best Viewing: Early to mid-April
■ Shibi Weeping Cherry Blossoms ■
Standing on the middle of the embankment, these weeping cherry blossoms bloom magnificently, as if covering the passersby, and are a symbol of Gero City.
They are illuminated at night, and the stunning contrast of the cherry blossoms against the deep night sky is mesmerizing.
Nearby, there are many other impressive weeping cherry blossoms, such as at "Moriyama Shrine," "Eiyoji Temple," and "Kenseiji Temple," allowing for a casual tour of weeping cherry blossoms.
