You can experience the abundant natural Onsen of Shirahama, one of Japan's three great Onsen, through our own source-fed, free-flowing Onsen baths available in all large communal baths and open-air baths. Enjoy various baths, including a panoramic large communal bath with full glass walls overlooking the vast ocean below.   • I’m craving some delicious bread.

    I’m a Wakayama resident! I often stay at various Hotels in Shirahama. I knew the name, but wasn’t sure what it would be like… I was blown away! I regret not coming sooner. Amazing value for money, great food, and excellent hot spring quality! The bread was the best I’ve ever had. I definitely want to come back again!

  • There was a raccoon.

    While I was using the open-air bath late at night, a raccoon walked right in front of me. I looked it up and found that it is an invasive species. I’m not sure how Shirahama handles this, but I’m sorry for not mentioning it sooner. There used to be an air purifier in the Room—has it been removed? I’ll be staying again next month, so I would appreciate it if you could consider this. The food and bread are delicious, and I look forward to them every time.
