  • We stayed here on the second night of our 2-night, 3-day trip to Toyama and Kanazawa! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, the Hotel staff came out to greet us. They promptly helped with our luggage, and check-in was smooth. We are truly grateful for the attentive service from our assigned attendant (a foreign staff member), who worked very hard to assist us.Both dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, so our family could relax, and we were very satisfied with the meals. The proprietress also had a wonderful smile, making this a memorable Kanazawa trip.Thank you very much!

  • I visited with my elderly parents, my daughter, and myself—four of us in total. My mother has dementia and is not able to understand much, but my father wanted to visit Kanazawa, so we looked for an Accommodation that could host four people and had an Onsen in the Room, and decided to stay here. The Room was spacious, and both the in-room bath and the large public bath were excellent. The staff member in charge of our Room was very kind, and I truly appreciate how considerate they were toward my mother. We made wonderful memories on our trip to Kanazawa. Thank you very much.
