In accordance with the government guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19, Hanairodori is taking the following measures: ● Enhanced hygiene within the Facility - Disinfectant is provided in shared spaces such as the lobby. Guests are kindly requested to use the disinfectant upon entering the Facility. - Temperature checks are requested at check-in. - High-touch areas such as doorknobs and other Facility equipment are thoroughly disinfected. - A "splash prevention shield" is installed at the front desk. - During cleaning of Rooms and shared spaces, sufficient ventilation is ensured to maintain clean air. The lobby is also ventilated periodically. - All guest Rooms are equipped with Sharp humidifying air purifiers with "Plasmacluster" technology. ● Suspension of food sampling at the Facility's shop - Food sampling at the Facility's shop has been suspended. ● Strict hygiene management for staff - Staff are required to wash hands, gargle, and wear masks at all times. - Staff are required to report any health issues, and their health conditions are monitored daily, including temperature checks, to prepare for any unforeseen circumstances. ● Measures for guests feeling unwell - For guests feeling unwell, we inquire about the details of their condition, such as when symptoms began, and provide guidance to hospitals as needed. - Guests feeling unwell are kindly requested to refrain from using the restaurant and shared spaces. - Guests who are unwell before their trip are kindly requested to cancel their travel plans.
