Notice from the Accommodation

  • Notice of Nearby Construction Work

    Construction of a new two-story wooden commercial building is currently underway on the lot directly next to our property.
    During the construction period, there may be noise and vibrations, and workers on scaffolding may be visible from your Room. As a result, access to the open-air bath may be restricted at certain times. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

    If you have any food allergies, please let us know at the time of your Reservation.
    We will do our best to provide meals prepared with allergens removed as much as possible; however, we cannot guarantee the complete elimination of allergens.
    Requests must be submitted no later than one week in advance.
    Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests made 6 days or less before your stay.

    Please also understand that we cannot remove allergens contained in soup stock, extracts, binders, seasonings, etc. In addition, because a variety of ingredients are used in the same kitchen, we do not use dedicated cookware and utensils for each ingredient.
