    This Hotel made our stay in Shiretoko even more special.This time, we were kindly upgraded to a better Room, and we were truly moved by the unexpected thoughtfulness. The guest Room was spacious and comfortable, with a calm atmosphere that let us fully enjoy our time away.What left the strongest impression was the large public bath. It was roomy and very clean, and soaking at a relaxed pace was the perfect way to ease away the day’s fatigue.All of the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional while maintaining just the right sense of distance, which allowed us to feel at ease throughout our stay.The entire Accommodation had a serene ambiance, and we felt it enriched our time in Shiretoko even more.This is a Hotel we would definitely like to return to when we visit Shiretoko again.Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

  • Wonderful Hotel

    They upgraded us from a Forest Twin to a Deluxe Room. As expected from a Room renovated in 2024, the Facility and beds were very comfortable. Also, we were very satisfied with the restaurant meals and service, as well as the all-inclusive plan including alcohol. The sunset we watched from Sunset Terrace next to the Hotel was truly breathtaking.

[Multiple Night Stay Room Cleaning]
From June 1, 2023, to reduce environmental impact, Room cleaning during Multiple Night Stays will be provided as follows:
- Cleaning will be performed on the 3rd and 5th nights of your stay (and on every subsequent odd-numbered night).

Fresh towels will be placed in front of your Room door by around 12:00.
