Notice of Riverside Exterior Wall Repair Work
To ensure proper building maintenance and safety, we will be carrying out repair work on the riverside exterior wall during the period below.
During the construction period, scaffolding will be installed along the riverside exterior wall of the affected guest rooms. As a result, the riverside view from these rooms may be partially obstructed compared to normal.
Please note that the scaffolding will not completely block the riverside view.
However, scaffolding and construction materials may be visible, and the view will differ from usual. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
In addition, during working hours there may be worker traffic and construction noise.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests with upcoming reservations or stays, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

■ About the View During Construction
In affected guest rooms, scaffolding installed on the riverside exterior wall may partially obstruct views from windows.
However, it will not completely block outside views; parts of the riverside scenery will still be visible.
Please understand that scaffolding, protective materials, and construction equipment may come into view and could diminish visibility compared to normal conditions.
Depending on work progress and tasks being performed, workers may pass by outside windows.
