The moment we entered the Hotel, it smelled wonderful. Although the Hotel is located in the city, the grounds were quiet. We could see squirrels and woodpeckers visiting the trees in the courtyard, which made our children very happy. Breakfast was great—the salad dressing was especially delicious. The Western-style set came with several kinds of bread, and we appreciated that paper bags were provided so we could take any leftovers with us.

Thank you for accommodating my companion’s food allergies even though we informed you at the last minute during dinner. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy every dish without leaving anything behind, all rich with flavorful dashi. In addition to the unique texture of the Moor Onsen, there was also an open-air bath, and I ended up soaking for a long time. The delicious meals in a calm atmosphere and the pleasant Onsen soothed our bodies after a long journey.

The building, utilizing excellent materials from Hokkaido, was designed by the world-renowned architect Hiroyasu Higuchi (Zō Design Group). Notably, the bricks used for the exterior walls are of the highest quality, made from Tokachi soil. Additionally, natural materials are used in the guest rooms, offering guests a sense of tranquility "as in nature."

Our Hotel's Onsen is a rare and valuable moor Onsen, unique in the world. Moor Onsen is formed when humic acid and fulvic acid, organic acids that make your skin smooth, dissolve into groundwater during the process of ancient plants buried underground transforming into lignite.
