This was our second stay in a Club Room, and just like last time, both the Room and the lounge were very comfortable, making it an enjoyable trip. We would love to stay again on our next trip to Hokkaido. It was also great that we could check in smoothly using the QR code sent in advance.
noside2019 9/21/2026It was my first time staying here, and I was accommodated on a floor close to the top, so the view was excellent.The hotel staff member who escorted me to my Room was kind and courteous, and their explanations were clear and attentive.The in-room bath was also very spacious, and since the shower booth was separate, it was very convenient to use.It was also handy to have a Nespresso machine and a mini kitchen.I could use the lounge in the evening, and it was great that light snacks were included!

From the top-floor (28F) restaurant, you can enjoy your meal while taking in Sapporo’s night skyline. The Hotel also features an open-air Onsen bath exclusively for guests.
All 81 guest rooms on floors 22–27, offering sweeping views of Sapporo’s cityscape and surrounding mountains, have been renovated with a design inspired by the sky at dusk. The double rooms now feature beds positioned to face the windows, maximizing the high-floor views while creating a refreshed interior that emphasizes spaciousness.

On the top floor (28F), the Club Lounge offers inclusive services exclusively for Club Floor guests, including drinks, food, and a Club Breakfast. Alcohol is also available during cocktail time. At Steakhouse “Katsura” on the 28th floor, our teppanyaki chefs grill carefully selected ingredients—such as premium Japanese Black Wagyu steak and seafood—right before your eyes. Enjoy your meal while taking in the night view toward Sapporo’s Maruyama area from the 28th floor.
