  • A Wonderful Experience

    We had a wonderful time at Hotel La Neige.We held our wedding here last year, so we were delighted to be able to visit again after the renovation.The newly opened “Restaurant Seve by William Mahi” was truly outstanding. We were amazed to enjoy such beautifully presented, high-quality cuisine in the Japanese Alps!We would definitely love to stay here again when we visit Hakuba.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day.We were able to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing day.The staff’s perfectly timed attentiveness, dinner and wine by the fireplace’s gentle glow in the morning and evening, the comfort of the bed, and breakfast—everything was wonderful.My spouse and I have been talking about what a truly satisfying stay it was.We would love to visit again during the autumn foliage season.

During the design process, each existing tree on the property was carefully surveyed, and construction proceeded with a commitment to preserving as many as possible. Even today, the forest surrounding the Hotel remains its defining feature, creating a tranquil, hideaway-like retreat where you can enjoy Hakuba’s seasons in peaceful seclusion.
