  • Your First Stay in Kyoto with ANA

    This time I stayed here on a business trip. I had been wanting to stay at this Hotel, so it was a great opportunity.The lobby was spacious, quiet, and relaxing, and the service was pleasant.I stayed in a renovated Room on the top floor. It had a great atmosphere and was very comfortable, so I enjoyed spending the evening in the Room instead of going out for a walk. Although it is a unit bath, the bathtub was spacious and the sink area was wide and easy to use.Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and you can take your time. They even provided a coffee pot at the table, which was excellent. The chef-made omelet needs no comment, but I was surprised by how delicious the shumai were.I drove for this business trip, and guests can use the underground parking for free—this service was also great.It’s a Hotel that made me want to come back for leisure next time and enjoy a Multiple Night Stay at my own pace.

  • This is the best Hotel!!

    My daughter-in-law’s parents live near Nijo Castle, and we stayed here to coincide with her second homecoming childbirth. Parking was free, and although there was a minor issue in the Room, it was handled promptly. The free shuttle bus to Kyoto Station was also very convenient. I’ve stayed overnight in Kyoto many times, and I truly feel we should have used this place much sooner. The area in front of the banquet hall on the second floor was spacious as well, and even though it was scorching hot outside, we were able to relax and play with our two-year-old first grandchild—making this a stay we are deeply grateful for.

[COVID-19 Infection Prevention Measures] At ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Kyoto, we have implemented the following measures to help ensure our guests can stay with peace of mind. 1. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations - Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available in shared areas such as the lobby, front desk, restaurants, and restrooms. 2. Enhanced cleaning, disinfection, and ventilation - Our staff regularly disinfects common areas with alcohol-based disinfectant and ensures proper ventilation. - Frequently touched surfaces such as escalator handrails and elevator buttons are wiped with alcohol-based disinfectant as needed. - In guest rooms, high-touch items such as doorknobs, TV remote controls, air-conditioning panels, and control panels are wiped with alcohol-based disinfectant. 3. Restaurant measures - Seating is arranged with at least 1 meter between tables, and face-to-face seating is not permitted. 4.
