    Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day. I also appreciate your courteous replies to my emails. It looked like an Onsen Facility is currently being built next to the Hotel, and I’m looking forward to its completion! Although it is not a large Hotel, I was able to spend a comfortable time in a quiet setting. I brought home the origami crane that was in my Room and have it on display, thinking of all the effort from your staff. Thank you very much.

  • Amanohashidate

    Although the Hotel was far from the station, the Shuttle Service meant we had no trouble getting around even without a car. The starry sky was beautiful. I was personally impressed that I could freely use skincare items like toner and lotion, and by the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail (an origami crane, sleep-aid items, dinner recommendations, etc.).We chose a Plan with breakfast, and it was delicious. The number of dishes was just right, and we could enjoy our meal in a calm setting. There were a few minor points (the Room temperature, complimentary services, etc.), but they were within an acceptable range. Overall, it’s a Hotel I would recommend to others. Thank you very much.

    Notice of Construction for a New Large Public Bath

    Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Hashidate Bay Hotel.

    To provide our guests with an even more comfortable stay, our Hotel will be carrying out construction to install a new large public bath. During the construction period, we will proceed with the utmost care; however, noise and vibrations may occur during certain hours.

    - Construction period: Monday, April 27, 2026 – late January 2027 (scheduled)
    - Working hours: 8:00–17:00 (scheduled)
    - Location: Beside the Hotel building (lawn area on the Kuahouse Iwataki side)
    - Expected impact: Temporary restrictions on access to some nearby walkways (accessible parking spaces and promenade), as well as construction noise and vibrations
    - Notes: Construction vehicles and workers will be entering and exiting the site during this period
    - Planned opening: Around February 2027
