[Information on Guestroom Cleaning]
As part of our efforts to reduce environmental impact, guestrooms will be cleaned every other day during your stay (on odd-numbered nights). On even-numbered nights, we will not clean the room or enter it. Towels and amenities for odd-numbered days will be prepared in advance for two days.
If you wish, additional cleaning is available for a fee (reservation required by 24:00 the day before).
[Hotel Declaration to Exclude Organized Crime Groups]
We refuse Accommodation to organized crime groups, their members, associate members, related parties, and any other anti-social forces, regardless of whether this is before or after a Reservation has been confirmed or during your stay.
[Information on the Onsen Facility]
The Onsen Facility “Shimanchu no Yu” may become crowded at night (around 20:00–23:00). To help ensure a comfortable visit, you can check usage conditions in the in-house guide provided at check-in. Please make use of it.
