[Information on Guestroom Cleaning]
As part of our efforts to reduce environmental impact, guestroom cleaning during your stay will be provided every other day (on odd-numbered nights). On even-numbered nights, we will not clean the room or enter it. For odd-numbered days, two days’ worth of towels and amenities will be prepared in advance.
If you wish, additional cleaning is available for a fee (request required by 24:00 the day before).
[Anti-Organized Crime Declaration Hotel]
We refuse Accommodation to any person who is a member of an organized crime group, an organized crime group member, an associate member, a related party, or any other anti-social force, regardless of whether before or after the Reservation is confirmed and regardless of whether during use.
[Information on Onsen Facilities]
The Onsen Facility “Shimanchu no Yu” may be crowded at night (around 20:00–23:00). To help ensure a comfortable experience, you can check usage status in the in-house guide provided at check-in. Please make use of it.
