Pass through the majestic Ebishamon gate and follow the stone-paved path through a Japanese garden to the entrance—where an impressive Noh stage appears before you. The harmonious contrast of grandeur and delicacy gently draws you into an extraordinary world. Each Room is designed as an independent private space. Please relax and enjoy the distinct furnishings and atmosphere unique to every Room. For dining, we serve authentic kaiseki cuisine featuring local specialties from Shinshu’s mountain villages along with seasonal ingredients. While not flashy, each dish is carefully crafted to bring out the natural flavors of its ingredients. The Onsen—renowned as “beauty-enhancing waters”—is best enjoyed in the open-air bath. Soak in our cave-like rock bath built boldly with locally sourced natural stone, and savor a truly luxurious bathing experience beneath a sky full of stars. In the evening, enjoy traditional performing arts on the Noh stage, watch DVDs in our theater room, or reserve a complimentary private bath to indulge in the beauty-enhancing waters all to yourself.
