    The Onsen offers a wide variety of spring qualities, and whether in the dome-shaped Roman-style large public bath or the open-air bath, it feels wonderfully spacious and warmed us through to the core.The meals featured an excellent selection of seasonal Hokkaido flavors and were delicious, and the Room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were kind and attentive as well—an Accommodation we would gladly return to when visiting Noboribetsu again.

    It was our first stay in several years, and everything from the welcome at the entrance to check-in was smooth and handled with great care. As this stay was to celebrate a birthday, thank you very much for the IKYU Diamond gift and even the towels. Our Room seemed to be in the renovated South Wing; although compact, it had an excellent layout and flow, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was the dining: compared with before, there was a wider selection of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, plus all-you-can-eat melon—everything was delicious and we ended up eating too much. The Onsen also offered a wide variety of spring qualities, and relaxing in the open-air bath was truly soothing. We traveled 2,000 km to visit and were completely satisfied.
