"THE SAIHOKUKAN HOTEL" is a tranquil Hotel resembling an art museum, situated in the city center.
I was looking for an Accommodation to stay with my one-year-old, but every Hotel’s Japanese-style Room was fully booked, so I gave up and made a Reservation for a Western-style Room at another Hotel. I kept searching on IKYU until the last minute, found this flooring Room, and decided to stay here.The Hotel had the feel of a long-established Western-style Hotel, but the Room had been renovated, so it didn’t feel old.What surprised me most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned—even the corners of the Room were spotless. Even when my baby crawled around, there was no dust at all. We felt completely at ease. Thank you very much. Having a microwave and kitchen space was also very helpful. The bathroom had a washing area and was easy to use.Everyone—both at the front desk and on the cleaning staff—was very pleasant. Thanks to your thoughtful care in many ways, we were able to enjoy our stay with peace of mind. I’m glad we chose to stay here.When we stay in Nagano City again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.
ぴりぴん 8/7/2026I was able to spend a calm and slightly elegant time. The welcome drink in the restaurant and the slightly larger Room were great. It’s a bit far from the station, but that made it quiet and relaxing. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.
